EG was spotted making full use of the spot of sun this morning to grab a refreshing ice cream:



She managed to finish it off in about 5 seconds flat. Nom.

As the final weekend of the Fringe approaches, Extraordinary is ready to take on all that it has to throw at her. Here she was this afternoon on the Royal Mile:



3 more days to go until she flies off back to her regular residence...

Super Sandwich

Extraordinary was spotted making a pit stop for lunch today:



She managed to polish off 3 paninis, 4 muffins and a large frappuccino. Got to keep those super energy levels up!

Well Extraordinary fans, this is a very happy Lance Mackenzie bringing you the first ever shot of EG in her off-duty/disguise clothes:

It appears that she had been given a day off - not something that ever normally occurs - but had to cut this short to give a helping hand to the Fire Brigade.

This is possibly the only time that her transformation from Lois into her better known identity of Extraordinary Girl will ever be caught on camera, and I was there to catch it! Just cracking open the bubbly now...

Invasion!

A crisis of Global proportions was averted yesterday by Extraordinary Girl and the Matinee Super Heroes who successfully joined forces to save us all from the threat of Robot Invasion...

70,000 Funtime Robots landed all over Edinburgh at 1715hrs with the plan of taking over the world, with the Capital as their starting point. The Fringe's resident Super Heroes were there to take them all on, starting with those landing on the Royal Mile:

The world is once again safe from Robot Invasion - for now...

Extraordinary was spotted having a good nose in Forbidden Planet:















Almost like a home from home I guess. She didn't spend any time looking at the Unstoppable 5 section, but that's not surprising!

Super Hero - Super appetite...

Extraordinary was spotted out with some other helpful hands at the Fringe:



The Butlers were up here for a flying visit (albeit not as 'flying' as EG's...) and posed for a photo with her in between swapping stories on the Royal Mile. Keep your eyes peeled for them next year. They are more than happy to help!

Mmmassage

Around half the way through Extraordinary's time up in Edinburgh to keep a watchful eye over the Festival proceedings, she appears to have decided to have a bit of a recharge at Shivago Thai Clinic on Blackfriars Street where she took advantage of a bit of Tuina and traditional Thai massage:



Quite quickly it was obvious that her Super frame needed more than one person on hand:



and then, all hands had to be on deck!:



Eventually, the heat given off by her Super relaxation meant that the treatment had to carry on outside:







A fully recharged Extraordinary is now on hand to deal with anything that may arise over the next few weeks!

Um-ber-ella-ella...

Even Super Heroes need protection from the elements. EG was spotted out this morning braving the showers, and, despite the ability to dry herself in a matter of seconds, was sporting a large umbrella:



Hopefully clearer skies will be here to stay for the rest of us mere mortals during the Festival...

Super Gaggle

It was a veritable Super Hero feast over in the Pleasance Dome today:



EG was spotted out with some fellow lycra clad lovelies who are also making a flying visit during the Festival. Good to see a smile back on her face after yesterday's foiled plan...

Outburst!

Well, what can I say Extraordinary Fans?! A very rare flare of anger was caught on camera yesterday:



Not one to usually destroy public property (except in cases where it is necessary for the greater good) or even lose her temper - EG was spotted taking her frustration out on a bollard off Bristo Square.

Rumour has it that this outburst was due to a thwarted capture of scientist (turned evil genius) Megalomaniac Man only minutes earlier.
